Fruit with Pina Colada Dipping Sauce and Pineapple Balsamic


  • Fruit/Melon of your choice (honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe) 
  • 1 can of Crushed Pineapple 
  • 1 tbs. Honey 
  • 1 tbs. Pineapple Balsamic 

Wash and cut your favorite fruit/melons into bite size pieces and set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 can of crushed pineapple, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of Pineapple balsamic. 

Using an immersion blender, puree the 4 ingredients until smooth. 

Allow to chill for 1 hour to thicken before serving. Serve chilled with fresh diced fruit. Makes an easy, fun dish to treat your party guests to!
