Garlic Mashed Potatoes


  • 1 lb russet potatoes, peeled
  • Garlic Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Peel and boil potatoes until soft, drain but keep approx. 1 cup of starch water.

Add salt and pepper. Mix in enough Garlic oil to smooth out the potatoes, then add the starch water and stir until creamy.
