- 1 box of Rotini noodles
- Garlic Olive Oil
- Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
- Traditional 18-yr aged Balsamic Vinegar
- Choice of toppings and seasonings
Cook and rinse the Rotini noodles. Allow time to cool.
In a separate bowl, whisk 1/3 cup Garlic Olive Oil, 1/3 cup Herbs de Provence Olive Oil, and 1/3 cup of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
Toss the noodles in the salad dressing.
Add your personal favorite toppings and seasonings for a unique, personalized taste, such as grape tomatoes, black or green olives, mozzarella balls, croutons, diced red onion, pimentos, diced red or green bell peppers…the possibilities are endless!
