- Halloumi cheese (high melting point cheese)
- Sourdough bread
- 1 jar of Cranberry Chutney
- 1 TSP Sweet Butter Olive Oil
- 1 TSP Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Slice cheese in 1/3 inch slices. Over medium high heat, add a drizzle of Sweet Butter Olive Oil and sear cheese slices until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Top with cranberry chutney and a drizzle of Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy! This dish makes an excellent appetizer for a BBQ, picnic or party!
