Peach Shrub with Prosecco

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Peaches, finely diced 
  • Peach White Balsamic Vinegar 
  • Champagne White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sugar 
  • 7 UP (Diet or Regular) 
  • Prosecco White Wine 
  • Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino) 

In a large pitcher, combine the peaches, balsamic and sugar in 1:1 ratio. Cover and leave in refrigerator for 2-3 days.

In a glass, add 1/8 cup of mixture and fill with equal amounts sparkling water, 7UP and Prosecco.

Serve chilled and enjoy! Makes a quick, yet refreshing drink on a hot afternoon.
