- Cauliflower florets
- 1 TBS Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 TBS Sun-Dried Tomato & Parmesan Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Toss florets lightly with salt and Garlic Olive Oil and Sun-Dried Tomato & Parmesan Olive Oil.
Roast at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.
This dish makes an excellent appetizer and is Vegetarian friendly!
