Grilled Cheese with Pineapple Kebobs

Ingredients: 

  • Halloumi grilling cheese (high melting point cheese)
  • 1 TBS Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar 
  • 1 TBS Sweet Butter Olive Oil 

Cut Halloumi grilling cheese and pineapple into small squares. Place one of each onto a toothpick.

Over medium high heat, add 1 TBS of Sweet Butter Olive Oil and sear both sides of skewer until the cheese is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 

Drizzle with Pineapple Balsamic, serve warm and enjoy!
