Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 TBS butter, room temp
- 1 TSP Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 pint of Vanilla ice cream
- 1 TSP Banana Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 TSP Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
Melt 2 TBS of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Slice bananas, then add into saucepan and toss evenly to coat with mixture.
Add 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 TSP vanilla extract, 1 TSP of Cinnamon Pear Balsamic and 1 TSP of Banana Balsamic.
Lower heat and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 2 more minutes.
Serve over a scoop of Vanilla ice cream and dig in!
