- 1 package of Red Bliss Potatoes
- Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
- Sweet Butter Olive Oil
- Key West Citrus seasoning (Basiks)
- Salt & Pepper
Clean and quarter red bliss potatoes. Rinse and drain well in a colander.
In a bowl, toss with a light coating of Sweet Butter Olive Oil and Herbs de Provence Olive Oil.
Sprinkle lightly with Key West Citrus seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve while warm!
