Apple Cider Bellini with Prosecco


  • 1 red apple 
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco 
  • 1/4 cup Champagne Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Apple Cider 
  • 1/3 cup Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino will do) 

Wash, peel and dice 1 apple.

Combine with 1/4 cup of Champagne Balsamic and refrigerate overnight. 

The next day, combine 1/3 Prosecco, 1/3 Apple Cider and 1/3 Sparkling Water. 

Pour over ice and add 1/8 cup of fresh apples soaked in Champagne Balsamic.
