Blueberries and Coconut Cream


  • 1 package of blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • Coconut Flavored Sugar
  • Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Water
  • 1 pint of Vanilla Ice Cream
  1. In a medium sauce pan, add 1 pint of fresh or frozen blueberries, 2 TBS of Blueberry Balsamic, 2 TBS of water and 1 TBS of Coconut flavored sugar.
  2. Simmer combined mixture over medium heat for 10 minutes. Spoon cooled mixture over Vanilla Ice Cream with Coconut Balsamic filled pipette.
