Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 1 package of button mushrooms
  • 1 white onion
  • Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 block of Boursin cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  1. Clean and remove the stem from 20 button mushrooms.
  2. Bake the mushrooms at 350 degrees for 5 minutes to remove the excess moisture. Chop the stems and 2 TBS of chopped white onion.
  3. Over medium heat, sauté in Garlic Olive Oil.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine 1 block of Boursin cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1/4 cup bread crumbs and stem/onion mixture.
  5. Fill each mushroom with 1 TBS of filling, then bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
