Seared Lemon Salmon


  • Fresh Salmon Filet
  • Lemon juice
  • Sweet Butter Olive Oil
  • Lemon Balsamic
  • Dill Pickle Mustard
  1. Combine 1 TSP Sweet Butter Olive Oil and 1 TSP of Lemon Balsamic. Toss with salmon to coat evenly.
  2. On a 400 degree skillet, sear salmon 4 minutes on each side. Finish in oven if salmon is thick. Top with a dollop of Dill Pickle Mustard and a squeeze of lemon for an extra pop of flavor!
