Blueberries and Coconut Cream


  • 1 package of blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • Coconut sugar
  • 2 TBS water
  • 1 pint of Vanilla ice cream
  1. In a medium sauce pan, add 1 pint of blueberries, 2 TBS of Blueberry Balsamic, 2 TBS of water and 1 TBS of coconut sugar.
  2. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Once cooled, spoon mixture over Vanilla ice cream with a Blueberry Balsamic
