- 1 package of blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
- Coconut sugar
- 2 TBS water
- 1 pint of Vanilla ice cream
- In a medium sauce pan, add 1 pint of blueberries, 2 TBS of Blueberry Balsamic, 2 TBS of water and 1 TBS of coconut sugar.
- Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Once cooled, spoon mixture over Vanilla ice cream with a Blueberry Balsamic
