French Toast with Whipped Coconut Cream


  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup of milk 
  • 2 TSP of cinnamon 
  • 8 thick slices of sandwich bread (Texas Toast)
  • Maple Syrup made with 50% Sweet Butter Olive Oil, 25% Maple Balsamic, 25% Cinnamon Pear Balsamic 
  • Whipped Cream 
  • Coconut Flavored Sugar

Combine eggs, milk and cinnamon together into one bowl and whisk/mix together evenly for a couple minutes. 

To make the “maple syrup”, combine 50% Sweet Butter Olive Oil, 25% Maple Balsamic and 25% Cinnamon Pear Balsamic together. 

Lightly toast bread until golden brown. Drizzle the Maple Syrup mixture generously atop your stack of French Toast. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of Coconut flavored sugar for an extra pop of flavor!
